We want you to understand how our fee structure works so that it is clear that we have no hidden agendas about helping you reach Financial Independence.We charge a flat advisory fee percentage also known as an Assets Under Management (AUM) fee or Wrap Fee. This fee is deducted from your investment account and will be illustrated on your statements for clarity. We have a tiered pricing approach so the larger your AUM with us the lower your percentage fee and we proactively reduce our percentage fee when thresholds are reached.With this approach our message is clear - when you do good, we do good. We won't earn upfront commissions, because we believe that investing and financial planning is for the long term and the risk should also be felt by the advisor not just you our client. We are impacted financially when your Asset value goes up and we are impacted when your Asset value goes down. We describe this philosophy as if we are all sitting at a round table working together with common interests for everyone to pursue their goals and financial independence.We understand this structure is not for everyone and buying products may be what you prefer or are used to. We do accommodate clients that prefer the brokerage side of our business and when this structure is requested, we will assist you with the same passion and efforts to see you pursue your goals.
